Every guide, comparison and FAQ on heicjpg.online is written, tested and kept up to date by the heicjpg.online editorial team: a small group of photo format enthusiasts, web developers and technical writers who work with HEIC files every day and who also build the free converter you find on this site.

Who we are

We are an independent editorial team based in Poland. Some of us build and maintain the converters, some research, write and edit the guides, and native speakers review every language version before it goes live. What we share is a very practical goal: the photos people take on their phones should open everywhere, without accounts, fees or confusing software.

We have no investors to please and no advertisers to keep happy. That lets us write the guides we would want to read ourselves: short where the answer is simple, detailed where the details matter, and honest when a free tool already built into your device does the job better than any website.

Eight languages, written by native speakers

heicjpg.online is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Croatian, Hindi, Italian and Japanese. We do not publish machine translations: every language version is written and checked by native speakers, who use the menu names people actually see on their phones and computers and the words they actually type into a search engine.

Corrections and feedback

Found a mistake, an outdated step or a menu that looks different on your device? Write to contact@heicjpg.online. We check every report, correct the article as quickly as possible and update its date. Ideas for new guides are just as welcome.

The same team looks after the free converters on this site. They follow the same rules as our articles: no account, no watermark, full resolution, and files deleted automatically after 30 days.

Privacy and transparency

We show no ads and use no tracking scripts, and our analytics are cookie free. How we handle your files is described in detail in our privacy policy, cookie policy and terms of service, which also list the legal operator of the site.
